I had a wonderful time at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica, but there were some aspects that could use improvement. The service was excellent with attentive staff, especially my butler Yomali, who helped reschedule our activities seamlessly. However, the pool service left something to be desired, and I found the all-inclusive concept a bit misleading due to extra costs for certain items. Overall, it was a relaxing getaway, but there are a few things the resort could work on.
