I had a fantastic time at this resort, thanks to the stunning views, beautiful facilities, and the excellent service. The rooms were clean, modern, and offered breathtaking views of the ocean. However, the Wi-Fi coverage was quite spotty, and service at the restaurants took a while, especially for a large group. Overall, I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a peaceful escape.
My stay at the resort was an overall fantastic experience. The rooms were comfortable and offered stunning ocean views, although there were minor cleanliness issues. The service was exceptional, especially our butler who went above and beyond, and the location was perfect for both relaxation and access to other nearby resorts. Dining was a highlight, particularly at La Frieda, though there were additional costs for some upscale restaurants. All in all, a wonderful getaway that I would recommend to others!

Still, we found plenty to love about this beautiful resort.

However, the front desk service left much to be desired, and our room had several maintenance issues that detracted from the experience. Overall, it's a nice resort but needs improvements in service and room upkeep.
The Pueblo Bonito Pacifica is a stunning resort with breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere. The all-inclusive package offers great value with fantastic dining options and quick room service. However, I did experience minor issues with the room keys and some slow service in the VIP lounge. Overall, it’s a perfect getaway for a relaxing vacation.
